Refund Policy

At PupsPaste, every jar is made in small batches with care. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of any kind, opened or unopened.

No Returns

Because our products are personal-care items for pets, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for any reason.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pupspastecare@gmail.com for solutions. Photos of the issue help speed things up. 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, production and fulfillment begin immediately. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after checkout.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, reach out to us and we’ll make it right. Please include a photo and email us at pupspastecare@gmail.com.
