Shipping Policy

We ship all PupsPaste orders from East Tennessee. Processing begins as soon as your order is placed, and most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.
Shipping Rates
We use simple flat-rate shipping for all orders:
- $5.95 to the continental United States
- $7.95 to Hawaii and Alaska
- International shipping is coming soon
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days before being handed off to the carrier.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at pupspastecare@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package can’t be found, please check your mailbox, porch, and surrounding area. If it’s still missing, we’ll help you open a carrier claim.
